With over 20 years managing maintenance for more than 3,000 properties across Tasmania, Wayne knows how important it is to protect what you’ve built.
He values building strong relationships and takes the time to understand how each farm operates, working closely with farmers to provide proactive and personal service.
“Tasmania is a small place, and that’s one of its strengths – everyone’s connected in some way, and relationships really matter. Having lived and worked in the region for all my business life, I’ve built strong ties with local communities and have had the privilege of working with many farmers,” says Wayne.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about sport, especially AFL. He supports his local AFL club, enjoys fishing and cherishes time with his family, including his four grandchildren who keep him busy.
