Chief Executive Officer
Emma is an experienced senior executive leader in agricultural insurance. Raised on a family farm and supporting clients to rebuild following natural disasters, Emma brings a deep passion and empathy for agricultural communities. Emma commenced her role with Achmea Farm Insurance in 2017, leading the company’s strong growth as a direct, specialist and local agricultural insurer. Her mission is to protect the legacy of our farmers, by partnering with them in their journey, so that they can continue to feed and clothe the world. Combining her strong leadership skills and strategic vision, Emma leads the Executive Leadership Team, as well as the Agricultural Strategy and People & Culture teams.
Glenn Rosbrook
Chief Client Officer
Glenn brings over 25 years of leadership experience with some of Australia’s leading financial services businesses. With a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, delivering strategic initiatives, and building high-performing teams, Glenn is passionate about putting clients at the heart of decision making. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Glenn leads the Commercial and Marketing & Communications functions, focusing on sustainable growth, client engagement, and brand development. Dedicated to agricultural communities and supporting the success of Australia’s agricultural sector, Glenn is committed to ensuring farmers and agribusinesses have the protection, resources, and support they need to thrive.
Math Creemers
Chief Financial Officer
Math, a founding member of Achmea Farm Insurance, previously served as our CFO from 2012 to 2018. In February 2024, he returned to Australia to resume his role as CFO, supporting our continued growth in Australia. With over 40 years of experience at our parent company, Achmea Group, Math has numerous leadership positions, bringing a wealth of expertise and insight to his role as CFO. Math’s responsibilities include Finance and IT. The devastation caused by natural disasters, such as Cyclone Debbie in 2017, has touched Math deeply and reinforces his commitment to make a meaningful difference in agricultural communities.
Yan Geredov
Chief Risk Officer
Yan is dedicated to fostering a risk-aware culture that empowers organisations to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment. With a focus on driving positive client and stakeholder outcomes, Yan combines strategic insight with extensive expertise in risk, finance and audit management to embed robust governance routines, provide timely risk insights and promote active risk management. This enables informed decision making, organisational resilience and safeguards client and stakeholder interests, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainable profitable growth enabling our purpose and vision. Yan is passionate about employee development and leads the Risk, Compliance and Governance team.
Danielle Whitelock
Chief Operations Officer
Danielle is an accomplished leader with extensive insurance industry experience across the insurance value chain, including claims, operations, partnerships and underwriting. In 2024, Danielle was appointed Chief Operations Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Achmea Farm Insurance as General Manager of Client Experience and General Manager of Claims. Over her tenure at Achmea Farm Insurance, Danielle has played a pivotal role in shaping our Claims and Client Experience functions. Her leadership has been key to delivering outstanding client service, driving business growth, and effectively guiding our response to Australia’s recent natural disasters. Danielle is responsible for the Claims, Underwriting, Innovation and Client Experience functions.
