Nicole Griffiths
Nicole Griffiths brings more than 30 years of insurance leadership experience to her role as Regional Manager NSW, combining technical expertise with an understanding of rural and regional Australia.
Throughout her career, Nicole has held underwriting, broking, claims, operations and strategic management roles across insurers, underwriting agencies, multinational brokers and risk advisory organisations. Her broad industry experience has given her insight into both the insurance sector and the day-to-day realities of farming.
As Regional Manager, Nicole focuses on fostering strong relationships and supporting her team to develop meaningful connections with clients and local communities.
“Agriculture is built on resilience, innovation and community. Being able to support the people and businesses that keep our rural industries moving is what makes this role so rewarding,” Nicole said.
Outside of Achmea, Nicole enjoys life on her farm, where she spends time gardening, growing produce and sharing it with her local community. She has also successfully bred and shown Quarter Horses and dogs, achieving Australian Champion, Grand Champion and Supreme Champion titles.
